Why this exists
The best businesses in this city have the worst websites. Not from laziness. Fixing one has always meant a £2,000 quote or a lost weekend. This fixes that.
Three concept builds for invented businesses, to show the standard. Every site is designed from scratch for the business it belongs to. Yours would look nothing like these, or like this one.
The difference
| Boiler repair | Call for price |
| Leaks fixed | Call for price |
| Bathroom's | Call for price |
The usual way: £2,000 up front + hosting + hourly edits
The plans
Essential
£40 founding rate
Plus
£75 founding rate
Full online shops (inventory, product management) are quoted individually. Anything a customer can book or pay for on a normal local business site is covered by Plus.
The founding five
Capital Sites is new. The first five businesses lock founding rates of £40 / £75 for life.
Send your business name. I design your homepage before you pay a penny. If you like it, we build it. If not, no charge.
Full build, domain, hosting, Google. From your go-ahead to live in a week.
Every edit and update handled, one message away, for as long as you stay.
Who's behind this
I'm Matt, a designer in Edinburgh. Capital Sites is deliberately small: no agency, no account managers, no office to pay for. That's the whole model. It's why this costs £50 and not £2,000.
I take on a few businesses at a time and look after them properly. You message me, I answer. Your site stays fast, current, and yours.
Enquire
Send your business name and I'll design a free homepage mockup for it. If you like it, your site is live within a week. If not, no charge and no hard sell. Replies within a few hours, from a real person in Edinburgh.
